In July 2005, Paula founded Brainstorm with the primary mission of providing flexible, affordable business services to relieve overwhelmed entrepreneurs from the volume of tasks involved in the day to day operation of even the smallest business. Prior career experience in a variety of industries including; finance & accounting, real estate, transportation, manufacturing, personal services, hospitality, healthcare, retail, daycare and non-profit (to name a few!) enabled her to quickly understand the needs and requirements of a variety of businesses.  

Paula’s passion for efficiency and utilizing accounting technology and other technology-based resources to help businesses operate more efficiently helped set a strong foundation that has set Brainstorm apart as one of the premier bookkeeping services available.   

In July 2024, after 19 years, Paula passed the leadership reins to Business Manager, Jamie Latorre. Jamie is now the President of Brainstorm and Paula couldn’t be happier that such a capable, passionate person will carry on the legacy.

Paula will be focusing on her new role as Vice President of Operations for Dynamic Air, a former client of Brainstorm since 2008!

What do you do for fun?

I enjoy spending time with my husband Gary, family and friends. We especially enjoy our beautiful grandkids! I also REALLY love to travel!
